Miles Ward guilty of a burglary in Magdalen College Chapel in the parish of St Peter in the East, Oford on 24th February 1786: stealing therefrom a pair of silver candlesticks gilt wit gold (valued at £7), a pair of metal candlesticks gilt with gold (valued at £3) and a silver communion dish gilt with gold (valued at £15) - the property of the President and Scholars of Saint Mary Magdalen College.
